Born from seeing
what needed to change.
I have been working in the construction industry for five years. In the beginning, everything was interesting and challenging. I stepped into a fully saturated part of the industry and entered the actual scenario of business.
Coordinating with clients, vendors, management and hierarchy revealed what was happening: contractors played their own game with clients, vendors and engineers; vendors did the same with engineers, clients and management. Finally, the person left carrying the uncertainty was the client.
I thought this needed to change completely. I worked on it. That's why we are here for you.
